Invited to the State Tournament!
Congratulations to the
LH Lego Robotics Team!
On December 12, the team competed
in a regional tournament and finished as one of the top teams
to be invited to compete in the Oregon Lego Robotics State
tournament. The theme to this year's tournament is "Smart Move". The
2009 Smart Move Challenge is accessing people, places, goods and
services in the safest, most efficient way possible.
The team, lead by coaches Trieu
Nguyen, Nhan Phan, Khang Nguyen, and Hung Tran, have been training tirelessly for
the last 3 months. The Lego vehicle, pictured above, finished with
the 2nd highest score in the regional tournament, held at Hillsboro

competition, the team also competed and score highly with their
project presentation on "Smart Traffic Sensors".
The team will be competing at the State Tournament on Sunday January
17th at Liberty High School in Hillsboro. Come out and support the
